Just For You

Welcome to Apricot Learning

If you're about to start learning with Apricot, welcome! You might be feeling nervous, unsure, or even a bit fed up with education. That's more than okay. Lots of young people who join us feel the same at first. What matters is that you're here, and we're really glad you are.

At Apricot Learning, lessons are calm, one-to-one or in small groups, and built around what you need. We don't expect perfection. We just ask you to show up, try your best, and know that every step forward counts.

What to Expect

You'll be learning online with teachers who know how to make lessons feel human, fun, relaxed, and interactive.

Lessons usually include:

  • Live chat with your teacher
  • Activities that help you build confidence and skills
  • Subjects like Maths, English, Science, PSHE, Humanities, Computer Science, Psychology, and more
  • Support for Functional Skills, KS3, GCSEs, or A-levels, depending on what's right for you
  • Your teachers will help you set small goals and celebrate the progress you make.

    How to Get Ready

    All you need is:

  • A computer or laptop
  • A quiet space if possible
  • Your Apricot login details (we'll send these to you)
  • A bit of curiosity and patience while you get used to it
  • As you learn, your teacher will chat with you about what you enjoy and what you struggle with, using that to make each lesson feel easier and more "you".

    Your Pledge (Student Agreement)

When you join Apricot Learning, we ask everyone to agree to a few simple things to help keep lessons safe, fair, and enjoyable for everyone.
