Where Every Lesson Changes a Life

At Apricot Learning, we do education differently. We work with schools, local authorities, and families across the UK to teach young people who can't access mainstream education through calm, trauma-informed online lessons that rebuild confidence, curiosity, and achievement.

Our teachers help young people take meaningful steps forward, whether that's re-engaging after long periods out of school, achieving Functional Skills qualifications, or completing GCSEs and A-levels.

Why Work With Us

Purposeful Teaching

Our teachers deliver live one-to-one and small-group lessons that truly fit each learner. You’ll have the freedom to shape your teaching in ways that truly suit your students, backed by a leadership team who understand the realities of the classroom.

Real Impact

Progress at Apricot Learning is measured in moments, like a student logging into a lesson, asking a question and believing they can learn again. You'll see your teaching make a difference every day.

Professional Growth

We trust our teachers as professionals. With subject leads, safeguarding specialists, and tailored training in trauma-informed and online practice, you'll always feel supported and equipped.

Collaborative, Not Corporate

We're a close-knit team that values people over process. You'll be part of a community that listens, collaborates, and shares one purpose of giving every young person the chance to learn.

What Our Team Says

“Whatever we need to do for a child, we do it. Our job is to help them remember they can learn.”

— Amy Smith, CEO, Apricot Learning

"Working online lets me create lessons that truly fit each learner. It's flexible, calm, and purposeful; everything teaching should be."

- David, English and Humanities Teacher

"It's not just a job, it's a calling. Watching students find confidence again is the best part of my day."

- Emily, Computer Science Teacher
